“Are we having the annual school auction?” is a common question I have been asked in the last few months. The simple answer to that question is YES, but it will look different. The decision regarding the in-person portion of this long-standing tradition has not yet been made. What we do know is that we are having an auction in late August with items available for bidding online and the $10,000 raffle will be held.
How can you help? It’s easy!
1. Donate items for the auction Sought after items, themed baskets, gift certificates, etc. are all things that are needed to make the auction possible. To donate an item, simply complete an item donation form and drop the item and form off at the school. If you need to make arrangements for the item to be picked up, contact Kelly Scher at 765-662-2883 ext. 110 or at [email protected].
2. Be an auction sponsor Monetary donations help to underwrite the costs. You can make a monetary donation by dropping it in the offertory basket at Mass, noting that it is for the auction, send your donation to the school or make your donation online.
3. Purchase a raffle ticket Each ticket is a chance to win the top prize of $10,000! Raffle tickets will be available beginning in late July. You can purchase one from a ticket seller, by dropping your payment in the offertory basket and noting it is for a raffle ticket, stopping by the school office or mailing your payment to the school office, noting it is for a raffle ticket.
So, the answer is YES we are having an auction! Now we just need your help to have the items and underwrite the costs! Forms, online links and more are available at

We appreciate your patience in knowing the final plans for the in-person portion of this tradition. More details will be made available as decisions are made. If you have any questions, please contact me and I will do my best to answer them.
