Teachers are preparing at-home and e-learning lessons for students that they are sending home today. We are also asking parents to plan to stop by school next Wednesday, March 18, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM in the front lobby to drop off any completed student work and pick up a packet that will contain additional lessons/assignments for the remainder of the week. We will also have computers available at that time for any parents to complete their online registration for next year, if they need assistance. We will do the same thing after Spring Break on Tuesday, March 31, and ask parents to stop by and pick up any additional materials or communications from the teachers/school.
If you have not received the email communications through School Speak that we have been sending out this week, please call the school office directly at 765-662-2883 to check to make sure that all of your contact information is correct and up to date in our system so that you can receive all communications. Teachers will also be reaching out to you by email or phone if you have not responded to their messages. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us.
The Fish Fry is still on for this evening from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and families are encouraged to stop by and get their dinners to go to help support the 6th grade class trip. Beginning tomorrow all parish and school activities will be suspended until further notice, except for Mass and confessions. Families will soon be able to get more information on the parish website or app. The Open House scheduled for this weekend is being modified. We will have an information table available in the lobby on Sunday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM for any new families who would like information about our school or classes. We will not be making the presentation about affording a Catholic school education in person. Instead, we are working on converting all of our information and presentations to a digital format that we will send out and make available to all interested families.
Please continue to pray for our community and all of those affected by the Coronavirus.
