McCarthy Hall is located at 1009 Kem Road, directly behind St. Paul Catholic School. This smoke-free facility is available for rental. This event facility is great for birthday parties, wedding receptions, baptism receptions, funeral receptions, fundraising events, graduation open houses, seminars and many other types of events. With a capacity of 200 people, the facility includes a kitchen (appliances only, no utensils, etc.) for food preparation and round tables and chairs for seating.

Space Rental
Charges

Rental of the facility is subject to a $500 deposit which is
refundable if facility is left in the condition stated in the contract.
If extra-ordinary clean-up is necessary, the deposit may not be refunded.
All rates are subject to change.

Daily Rate
Parishioner- $500/day
Non-Parishioner- $1000/day

To decorate the evening before your event- $250.
(The hall may not be occupied before 4pm to decorate)

McCarthy Hall must be vacated by 11:30pm.
Failure to leave the hall by the specified time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

                Note:  Parishioners are charged a somewhat lower rate, primarily for family gatherings, because     it is believed and expected that they support the parish facilities through the Sunday collection.      Parishioners will not, however, be charged a lower rate for rental to organizations, businesses,
                or functions which are not related to and do not support the parish.

All rentals require an Accord Certificate of Insurance with liability coverage for $1,000,000. The certificate must also include the date of the event and the following parties listed as additional insured "certificate holders."
