ENSEÑANZA DE LA PALABRA DE HOY
En cuatro versículos el profeta nos narra cómo, una vez reconstruido el templo y que el pueblo vuelve a ser fiel al Señor, Dios está con ellos y todos los pueblos se sienten atraídos por la bendición y felicidad del pueblo de Israel.
También hoy el Señor nos apremia, a través de este profeta, a reconstruir nuestras vidas, nuevos templos en los que EL quiere habitar, cimentándola en Jesucristo, pues no podemos poner otro cimiento (1Cor 3,11). Con unos buenos pilares: la participación de los sacramentos, la escucha y lectura meditada de su palabra, la oración y la comunión con los hermanos y hermanas. Y una estructura sólida con una vida según la voluntad y los mandatos del Señor. Así, nosotros que formamos su Iglesia, el nuevo pueblo de Dios, atraeremos a otros que dirán: queremos ir con ustedes, pues hemos oído que Dios está con ustedes.

TEACHING OF TODAY'S WORD
In four verses the prophet tells us how, once the temple is rebuilt and the people are once again faithful to the Lord, God is with them and all the people are attracted by the blessing and happiness of the people of Israel.
Also today the Lord urges us, through this prophet, to rebuild our lives, new temples in which HE wants to live, grounding it in Jesus Christ, since we cannot lay another foundation (1Cor 3:11). With good pillars: participation in the sacraments, listening and thoughtful reading of his word, prayer and communion with brothers and sisters. And a solid structure with a life according to the will and commands of the Lord. Thus, we who form his Church, the new people of God, will attract others who will say: we want to go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.
